Trader Terms and Conditions

1. Our Service

• Trade Finder NI provides an online directory through which users ("Visitors") can view listings of Traders offering goods and services across Northern Ireland.
• In return for a listing fee (if applicable), we agree to publish your business profile in the relevant trade categories and geographical areas on our Website.
• These Terms, along with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, govern your use of our Website and the services we provide.
• A listing is valid for 12 months from the date it is published live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property on the Website, including layout, text, and branding, is owned or licensed by us.
• You may not copy or misuse any aspect of our brand, content, or software without written permission.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant us a licence to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of delivering and promoting our services.

3. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or legality of any transaction between you and a Visitor.
• We do not vet or verify Visitors or Traders and make no representation as to their credibility, ability to pay, or the accuracy of any listing.
• You are solely responsible for your own marketing materials, claims, and service quality. We accept no liability for any disputes, claims, or losses arising out of your listing or work carried out.

4. Trader Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful business details at all times.
• Notify us of changes to your contact information or services.
• Ensure your business complies with relevant trade qualifications, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Not post false or misleading content or impersonate another business.

5. Listing Fees

• Fees (if applicable) are payable annually in advance.
• All listing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of early removal, cancellation, or termination.
• We reserve the right to remove or suspend your listing for non-payment, breach of terms, or conduct deemed harmful to the reputation or operation of Trade Finder NI.

6. Conduct and Removal

We reserve the right to remove your listing immediately if:

• You submit false information;
• You receive complaints that we deem credible or concerning;
• Your conduct is illegal, dishonest, or otherwise harms the public perception of the platform.

While we do not vet businesses, we reserve the right to decline or remove listings at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

7. Reviews

• Visitors may leave reviews on your listing.
• We do not verify or guarantee the truthfulness of reviews and disclaim liability for any impact resulting from them.
• You may contact us to report content you believe to be defamatory, fraudulent, or inappropriate. However, we retain final discretion over review moderation.

8. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We accept no liability for loss of business, income, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of our Website or services.
• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the 12-month period prior to the claim.

9. Termination

• We may terminate your listing immediately if:
• You breach these Terms or provide false information;
• You are the subject of legal action, insolvency, or reputational harm;
• We decide, at our discretion, that your continued presence is not in the best interest of the platform.

Upon termination, you must cease using our name, logo, or any association with Trade Finder NI in marketing or communication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
